Dr. Marcy Meyer, MD
Dr. Marcy Meyer earned her MD from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences and built her clinical foundation during more than two decades of service in the U.S. Army as both a physician and flight surgeon. That environment, where care was timely, accessible, and free of insurance barriers, shaped her belief that medicine should be simple, humane, and centered on the patient.
After transitioning to civilian practice, she saw how far the system had drifted from those values. Women were being dismissed, misinformed, or left navigating midlife without answers. When she discovered menopause medicine herself, she recognized symptoms she had personally endured without understanding their cause.
She launched Thrive Midlife Women’s Health to restore clarity and dignity to women’s health. Her goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based menopause and midlife care that helps women understand their bodies, feel heard, and rebuild confidence in their health.
